Camille Delavaux Lecture: An Inspiring Perspective on Plant Adaptation to Change
The Forest Invasion Synthesis Center at the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Sciences CZU invites you to a lecture by Camille S. Delavaux from the ETH Zürich titled:
“The role of mutualisms in structuring plant communities in a changing world.”
The lecture will offer insights into the crucial role of symbiotic relationships in biodiversity conservation and plant adaptation to environmental change.

About Camille S. Delavaux: Camille S. Delavaux leads a research group in the Global Microbial Ecology Group at ETH Zürich. Her work focuses on how symbiotic relationships—particularly mycorrhizal fungi—influence the diversity and structure of plant communities, and how these relationships respond to human-induced environmental change. She explores plant–microbe interactions with an emphasis on mutualistic mycorrhizal associations and their effects on plant diversity and biogeography in changing environments.
